Throwback Travis Kelce Spa Video Goes Viral — and Heats Up the Internet: ‘I Love Bubbles’
In a resurfaced clip, the NFL star jokes about his teammates’ reaction to the steamy video, saying, “I’m pretty sure I’ll hear it”
Another Travis Kelce moment is taking the internet by storm.
This time, rather than a sweet Taylor Swift interaction or hilarious New Heights podcast highlight, fans of Kelce, 34, hit the archives, resurfacing an old video of the Kansas City Chiefs tight end enjoying a spa day.
The steamy YouTube video, shared by ESPN in July 2017, begins with Kelce showing off some of his signature dance moves while sporting a white robe and long, floppy hair — a far cry from his current buzzcut.
For his first spa treatment, the NFL star lies face down on a table and receives a “detoxifying” and “deep cleansing treatment,” which requires him to ditch the robe so he can be massaged while covered in foam.
“Is that bubbles? I love bubbles,” he excitedly tells the massage therapist, adding that the experience is a “hard feeling to describe.”
During the next step, a detoxifying clay massage, someone behind the camera asks Kelce, “What do you think your teammates will think of this?”
“Aw man, you know what? I don’t know if I can really think of what they’re going to say, but I’m pretty sure I’ll hear it,” he says. “It’s always fun.”
After being splashed with water, Kelce, still lying face down, says, “I just feel like I’m a fish sitting on a skillet right now, just getting, like, seasoned.”
Then, the tight end — still sweating from his treatment — walks out of the spa room, shirtless and smiling, a moment that amassed nearly 3 million views on X (formerly Twitter).
“Woo,” he exclaims, adding that it was “hard to breathe in there,” but the experience was “amazing.”
“I suggest this for everybody,” he says. “I might have to get my mom one of these.”
