Travis Kelce has had himself quite a year. On the field, he has helped lead the Kansas City Chiefs back to the Super Bowl for the fourth time in five years. Off the field, he has formed a relationship with pop star Taylor Swift that seems to be going pretty well for him.
There has been one downside to dating Swift—there is a very loud contingent of people who don’t like them and complain about the coverage the singer gets at games.
Kelce had a perfect message for those fans during an appearance on The Pat McAfee Show on Wednesday.
“Hopefully, everybody realizes that we’re two people in a relationship supporting each other and having fun with it,” Kelce said. “It’s nothing more than that. As much as the world wants to paint the picture and make us the enemy, we just have fun with it and we enjoy every single bit of it. I love it when Taylor comes and supports me and enjoys the game with the fam and friends. It’s been nothing but just a wonderful year.”

Kelce also said he and Swift never bring up all the noise from the haters:
“We hear it, but we hardly ever talk about it,” he said. “It’s nothing even to talk about.”
