Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs landed at LAX on Saturday evening ahead of their final game of the NFL regular season against the Chargers.

Kelce and Patrick Mahomes hopped off the team’s plane in Los Angeles where their partners, Taylor Swift and Brittany Mahomes, enjoyed a girl’s night out in Tinseltown on Saturday night.

The tight end, known for his flair and out-there fashion sense, attempted to keep a low profile as he deplaned pulling up the hood of his red Marni sweatshirt and donning a pair of black rectangular shades.

The 34-year-old kept his outfit in Chiefs colors as he paired the hoodie with a pair of yellow and black plaid pants, but it’s unclear if he will be suiting up in a Kansas City uniform on Sunday afternoon.

The Chiefs have already clinched a playoff berth, having locked down the ACF West division title and head coach Andy Reid could opt to rest his star players, including Kelce, ahead of the postseason.

Reid has already confirmed that star quarterback Patrick Mahomes will be rested ahead of their playoff campaign, and on Friday he revealed that four more starters will not be playing.

Wide receivers Rashee Rice and Kadarius Toney, offensive tackle Donovan Smith and cornerback L’Jarius Sneed are all inactive to round off the Chiefs’ regular season while struggling with minor injuries.

However, there was no official word on whether Kelce’s legs will be saved as he targets a milestone eighth-consecutive 1,000-yard-receiving season with just 16 yards remaining.

Despite being limited in practice on Wednesday and Thursday due to a neck issue, Reid says no final decision has been made on whether Kelce will line up against the Chargers at So-Fi Stadium.

When the Chiefs coach was recently asked about the players that were close to milestones playing against Los Angeles, Reid said it ‘depends’ on what the accomplishment is.

The Chiefs are due to kick off at 1:25pm local time, so it is possible the tight end will be free in time to support his girlfriend at the Golden Globes red carpet which is set to begin at 5pm.

The football player could also potentially join her at the award show afterparty if he does not choose to head back to Kansas City to start preparing for the playoffs.

The loved-up couple have spent plenty of time together in Kansas City over the past few weeks, however.

Last weekend the singer was seen cheering on her boyfriend at the Chiefs’ game and celebrating New Year’s Eve with him later that Sunday.

Away from Arrowhead Stadium, they are also believed to have spent quality time with one another and their families over Christmas at the tight end’s new $6million mansion.

With the festive period now over, the songstress jetted out of Kansas City on Tuesday as she continues to enjoy her downtime before her Eras Tour starts up again.

She and Kelce ended 2023 on a high as the Chiefs beat the Cincinnati Bengals 25-17 on New Year’s Eve with the Anti-Hero hitmaker taking up residence in an Arrowhead suite.

Later, they shared a passionate kiss as the clock struck midnight in Kansas City, with the loved-up couple celebrating the arrival of 2024 with a glitzy party surrounded by friends.

Video from the party surfaced across social media on New Year’s Day, with the singer and the NFL star caught on camera in a passionate embrace on a number of clips from the bash.
