Taylor Swift was once again in attendance at the Kansas City Chiefs game to watch Travis Kelce play the Las Vegas Raiders on Christmas Day.
Of course, CBS cameras found Swift, but the network put analyst Tony Romo on the spot again in the process.
The last time the Chiefs played on CBS, Romo referred to Swift as Kelce’s wife, a comment that caused an uproar on social media. On Monday, Romo made the same mistake, although he did catch himself this time around.
“And his wife loves it, I mean, girlfriend,” Romo said, after Kelce made a big play in the first half.
While Romo quickly made the correction, fans on social media reacted to the CBS announcer making the mistake for the second time in three weeks.
Kelce and Swift clearly have a strong bond with each other, but Romo keeps on advancing the relationship to a level beyond where it currently stands. Good thing for him is he’s getting paid to talk about the football instead.
