Prince Harry might feel he has “no choice” but to meet with Prince William and the wider Royal Family when he visits the UK at the beginning of next month in May.
Celebrating a cause close to his heart, the Duke of Sussex is set to attend the 10-year anniversary of the Invictus Games which includes a special service at St Paul’s Cathedral.
A royal author believes Harry will “certainly” attend the event, despite tensions between himself, Meghan Markle, and the family being high.
Tom Quinn told The Mirror: “If he decides not to come, it will take some explaining, because everyone will assume it’s because he doesn’t want the awkwardness of having to meet his brother or having to choose not to meet him.”
The author added: “Not coming would be worse than finding some sort of compromise where Harry sees William for 10 minutes or comes up with some reason why he doesn’t have time to see his brother and his father and has to get back to the States quickly to be with his children. But no one is going to be fooled by these excuses.”
Prince Harry will be returning to the UK, despite losing his High Court case against the Home Office over the 2020 decision to change his level of personal security when visiting the UK. It is not known yet whether his wife, Meghan Markle, 42, will visit the UK alongside her husband. Meghan has rarely been back in the UK since the pair stepped back from their royal duties in 2020, with her last visit in 2022 to attend Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral.
Meghan Markle described her first time meeting Queen Elizabeth II and doing a very low curtsy. Now, a TikTok user has put together a reel of her best curtsies and it’s gone viral.
The reel only includes three photos, but that was enough to grab people’s attention because the video has amassed 331,000 views, 19,000 likes and 500 comments.
