President Trump Surprises Granddaughter Kai, 17, with a Remarkable Gift
Former President Donald Trump has made headlines after presenting his granddaughter, Kai Trump, with an extraordinary gift—a Tesla Cybertruck. The surprise gift, which left many stunned, was revealed during a White House event on Tuesday, where Trump expressed his support for Tesla CEO Elon Musk.
At the event, held on the South Lawn of the White House, the 78-year-old former president was presented with five Tesla vehicles in Washington, D.C., by Musk. During his remarks, Trump disclosed that he had purchased the Cybertruck in 2024 for Kai, the eldest daughter of Donald Trump Jr. and his ex-wife, Vanessa Trump.
Highlighting the vehicle’s durability, Trump described the Cybertruck as “very safe, very strong, heavy—it’s all steel, stainless steel.” The gift aligns with Kai’s passion for sports, particularly golf, a shared interest between her and her grandfather.
Kai Trump, a rising star in the golfing world, has been gaining recognition not only for her athletic achievements but also for her increasing public presence. She recently committed to playing collegiate golf at the University of Miami and secured a sponsorship deal with TaylorMade Golf, joining the ranks of elite players such as Tiger Woods and Nelly Korda.
“I bought it for a very special young woman—you probably haven’t heard of her, Kai,” Trump joked with reporters. “She’s a great golfer, and she puts the clubs in the back. I guess it’s a very safe deal, and she loves it.”
With her growing prominence in both sports and public life, Kai Trump continues to make headlines—now with a Tesla Cybertruck to match her rising status.
