LSU cover-up

BATON ROUGE, La. — A federal court in Louisiana declined to grant summary judgment to Louisiana State University and its board in light of allegations that they were aware an LSU football player had physically harassed one female student before allegedly punching a second woman so hard in the stomach that her ribs were fractured. The school may have exercised substantial control over the football player, who was expelled after he was arrested for beating the woman and disobeying court orders.
