Britain’s Got Talent Halted by Ant and Dec After Simon Cowell Announcement Leaves Viewers Concerned

The ITV talent show returned as usual on Saturday night (March 22), featuring judges Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon, and Bruno Tonioli, alongside hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly.

However, Simon Cowell was noticeably absent from parts of the episode, sparking concern among fans. Midway through the auditions, Ant and Dec paused the show to address his absence.

Ant then introduced Simon Cowell’s temporary replacement, announcing, “We have a very special guest judge, KSI.”

YouTube star KSI joined Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon, and Bruno Tonioli on the judging panel for the auditions, which were filmed at the Winter Gardens in Blackpool.

Fans quickly took to social media, expressing confusion and concern over Simon’s unexpected absence.

Simon missed filming after receiving the heartbreaking news of Liam Payne’s tragic passing.

Liam, who rose to fame on The X Factor, died on October 16, 2024, after a fatal fall from a hotel balcony in Argentina.
