Epstein Files ‘DON’T EXIST’ Says Rep. Tim Burchett, Release ‘Can’t Be Trusted’ (CIA Whistleblower Agrees)
Rep. Tim Burchett isn’t shying away from saying what many of us feared might be true.

What has come to be known simply as the “Epstein files” — most of which have been locked away and labeled ‘classified’ — simply doesn’t exist anymore, according to Burchett.

The congressman made the comments a few days ago during an interview with Benny Johnson when he was asked point blank by Johnson: “What the hell is going on?”

Quite frankly, that would answer a lot of questions with the most simple answer regarding the continued holdup.

President Trump’s team is at the helm, so unless his own people are part of the problem… the simplest answer is that the majority of the files, and the so-called “smoking gun”, has long since been destroyed.

And he’s not the only one looking at this who has had frequent glimpses into the innerworkings of the Deep State saying that same thing — but we’ll get to that shortly.

He didn’t speak directly to the questions swirling at the moment regarding Pam Bondi’s possible involvement in the coverup.

If I’m reading his words correctly, it sounds to me as though Burchett suspects Pam Bondi’s involvement was largely a case of her underestimating the Deep State apparatus arrayed against her.

It’s possible she simply promised too big (‘big dogging it’, according to Burchett) before she could actually deliver.

The jury is still out if you ask me on what is actually happening behind the scenes, but I have no doubt the details of that ongoing fight behind the curtain will come out before long.

CIA whistleblower John Kiriakou, who actually did prison time for divulging CIA torture tactics, shared the same sentiments as Rep. Burchett.

Appearing as a frequent guest on Julian Dorey’s podcast, Kiriakou recently stated he thought the Epstein files had been buried or destroyed.

As a career ‘spook’ who should know, Kirakou adds credibility to the line of thinking that Epstein was likely a Mossad asset tasked with leveraging info from the highest levels of US leadership for Israel.

But he also posed a really good question at the beginning of the clip I’m about to share: Why would anything related to the Epstein case be classified if he was merely a human trafficker doing horrible things to his victims?

From Kirakou’s experience, the simple fact that the information is classified means that he was, in fact, an asset working at the behest of an intelligence agency.
Rep. Anna Luna, who Republican Congressman James Comer put in charge of the task force operating to release classified secrets at the behest of the House Oversight Committee, has also been hammering the issue.

Over the last two weeks, Luna went from gently nudging Pam Bondi on the release of the Epstein files… to actually calling her out on social media.

In the early afternoon of Feb 24th, Rep. Luna posted this to her X account:
That somewhat gentle nudging from Luna was followed up later in the day, about four hours later, with a more strongly worded post.

In fact, Luna publicly called Pam Bondi out for ghosting her on the issue:

Three days later, on Feb. 27th, Luna had obviously had enough.

Along with most Americans, she realized that what we had been promised had not been delivered in the time frame specified.

It certainly seemed — and seems even now — that a group of people are working very hard to maintain the secrecy of whatever was in those files.

That’s when Rep. Luna dropped this bomb on X, making use of the caps lock a little more freely to match her disgust:

At the time, Bondi had already publicly stated that the files were on her desk — the comment that Burchett rightfully called out as probably untrue, and a big misstep for Bondi.

That is when multiple Senators, including Mike Lee and Mike Collins, began pushing Bondi on the continued delay, according to a report at the time in Newsweek:
