Recent speculation around the couple’s relationship took a significant turn after Common, 52, appeared on The Jennifer Hudson Show and spoke candidly about their future together. During the episode, Hudson, 43, addressed the rapper and actor with a playful yet pointed question:
“I heard you’ve been out there talking about marriage—what’s that about?”

The conversation comes after Common hinted back in July that if he were ever to marry, it would be to Hudson.
