Jeff Bezos Sells Seattle Mansion for Record $63 Million Amid Miami Move

Jeff Bezos, founder of Amazon and one of the world’s wealthiest individuals, has sold his Seattle mansion for a record-breaking $63 million. The sale marks the highest residential transaction ever recorded in the state of Washington, according to the Puget Sound Business Journal.

Bezos and his fiancée, Lauren Sánchez, relocated to Miami approximately 18 months ago. The couple now resides in an ultra-exclusive, three-mansion compound valued at $237 million. The estate is among the most prestigious in the region, reflecting the couple’s high-profile lifestyle.

The Seattle property, located in the affluent enclave of Hunts Point in King County, spans 3.27 acres and was sold to Cayan Investments LLC. The sale underscores a shift in Bezos’ personal footprint from the Pacific Northwest to South Florida.
