Watch Jason Kelce’s body message when he saw Taylor Swift walked in to watch Chiefs vs Saints

Right after the Saints cut the lead to a field goal, the Chiefs punched right back with a 5 play TD drive set up by a 50 yard Smith-Schuster catch and run. The one time Chiefs that is back in KC ended the night with 130 yards as the Chiefs look to replace Rashee Rice, and Smith-Schuster made his case on Monday night.

It was Xavier Worthy who got into the end zone and sealed the game on this trick play with Travis Kelce in the shot gun and Worthy lined up next to him as a running back. The rookie ran it in from 3 yards out and the defense would take care of buinsess from there.

The Chiefs head to their early BYE week at 5-0, and finally had an offensive performance that reminded us of KC teams from years previous. The Saints dropped their third straight game after looking like the top team in the league over the first two weeks of the season. They will now shift their focus to Derek Carr and his injured oblique with a big NFC South match up against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The Saints took advantage of the KC red zone turnover by making their first trip to the red zone. Derek Carr found Foster Morneau for the TD to cut the lead to 3 after the missed PAT from New Orleans.

Carr would exit the game late in the 4th quarter, and would not come back due to an oblique injury.

With the Chiefs knocking on the door, Mahomes looked for JuJu Smith-Schuster in the endzone but the WR bobbled the ball and it was picked off by Khalen Saunders, whose brother is a back up dancer for Taylor Swift. He laid a big hit on Travis Kelce the play before making this pick, and despite the Saints being dominated they were right back in the game.

The New Orleans Saints had trouble building drives all night long. They got into the red zone just once all game, but they didn’t need to on this drive. Derek Carr hit Rashid Shaheed with this 43 yard TD catch to bring the Saints to within 3.

The Chiefs dominated the first half, but settled for 3 field goals and went into the half up 16-7. They would go just 2/7 in the red zone, as Harrison Butker enjoyed a busy night kicking field goals. The Chiefs eased down the field on their first drive of the night as Mahomes went 4/4 to start the game which set up this 5 yard run from Kareem Hunt who was back in KC as a Chief for the first time since 2018. Hunt ended the night with 102 yards on 27 carries.

The Kansas City Chiefs end Week 5 as one of two undefeated teams in the NFL after their comfortable win over the New Orleans Saints. Patrick Mahomes had 331 yards as the Chiefs racked up 460 total yards.

The Chiefs used their defense to lead them int their first four wins, but the offense dominated as the defense had an fairly easy night from Arrowhead. The defense did come out and set the tone with an early interception made by Bryan Cook.
